Shipping & Return Policy

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed and shipped within 48 hours in the Netherlands via PostNL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Delivery times may vary during holidays or busy periods.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our matcha products, returns are only accepted within 7 days for unopened items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed.
